1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HoloRadar, including its mobile applications, websites, APIs, reports, content, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About HoloRadar

HoloRadar is an AI-powered research and trend intelligence platform that helps users understand recent developments, public discussions, news events, market trends, products, companies, technologies, public figures, and other topics.

The Service gathers, analyzes, summarizes, and presents information from publicly available sources using artificial intelligence and automated technologies.

The Service is intended to assist research, discovery, and understanding. It is not intended to replace professional advice or independent verification for any decision making processes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the applicable age requirements.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Keep your login information confidential.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans, pricing, feature availability, and usage limits may be displayed within the Service.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew.
  • You may cancel at any time through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to refunds.
  • Refunds are governed by the policies of Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, or other payment providers.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, and usage limits at any time.

7. Community Reports

The Service includes pre-curated Community Reports — research reports created and selected by HoloRadar, available to all users regardless of subscription tier.

  • Community Reports are provided for informational and demonstration purposes.
  • They are subject to the same AI accuracy limitations as all Service outputs.
  • They may be saved or bookmarked locally on your device.

8. Report Publishing and Privacy Mode

8.1 Default Publishing Behavior

When you generate a research report, it may by default be published to the Community feed and made visible to other users, subject to your Privacy Mode setting. Published reports make visible to other users: the research query, the generated report content (summary, findings, timeline, evidence clusters), and the report generation date and source metadata. Your account identity (name, email) is not attached to published Community reports.

8.2 Privacy Mode

Privacy Mode is available to users on the Hobbyist plan and above.

  • Privacy Mode off: reports you generate may be published to the Community feed.
  • Privacy Mode on: your reports are not published and remain private to your account.
  • Free plan users do not have access to Privacy Mode. Reports generated on the Free plan may be published to Community.

Privacy Mode applies to reports generated after the setting is changed. Previously published reports are not retroactively removed.

8.3 License for Published Reports

By allowing a report to be published to Community (Privacy Mode off, or Free plan), you grant HoloRadar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and index that report content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

HoloRadar uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analyses, reports, recommendations, insights, and research outputs.

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain inaccuracies.
  • Be incomplete.
  • Become outdated.
  • Misinterpret information.
  • Omit important context.
  • Produce incorrect conclusions.

The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on any output generated by the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

10. Sources and Public Information

HoloRadar primarily analyzes publicly available information.

We do not guarantee:

  • That all relevant information has been discovered.
  • That public information is accurate.
  • That sources remain available.
  • That reported facts are complete or current.

Users are encouraged to review source materials whenever available.

11. No Investment Advice

The Service may provide information, analyses, reports, trends, sentiment analysis, news aggregation, and research related to:

  • Stocks
  • Cryptocurrencies
  • Commodities
  • Companies
  • Financial markets
  • Investment products
  • Economic developments

The Service does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, or securities advice.

Nothing within the Service constitutes:

  • Investment advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Trading recommendations;
  • Securities research;
  • An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.

Past performance, public sentiment, historical data, and AI-generated analysis do not guarantee future outcomes.

HoloRadar shall not be liable for any losses arising from investment decisions made using information obtained through the Service.

12. No Legal Advice

The Service may generate information relating to:

  • Laws
  • Regulations
  • Contracts
  • Compliance
  • Court decisions
  • Legal concepts

Such information is provided solely for informational and research purposes.

HoloRadar is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship is created through use of the Service.

Users should consult qualified legal counsel before acting upon legal information generated by the Service.

13. No Medical Advice

The Service may generate information relating to:

  • Health topics
  • Medical conditions
  • Treatments
  • Medications
  • Healthcare providers
  • Wellness subjects

Such information is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

Users should seek professional medical advice regarding health concerns.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through the Service.

In the event of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

14. Fair Usage and Rate Limits

To ensure fair and reliable access for all users, HoloRadar may impose usage limits or additional usage limits on:

  • Search requests
  • AI generations
  • Report generation
  • API usage
  • Credit usage
  • Storage
  • Data exports
  • Other Service resources

Pre-set usage limits may vary by subscription plan.

We reserve the right to:

  • Rate limit requests;
  • Queue requests;
  • Restrict excessive usage;
  • Suspend abusive accounts;
  • Modify usage allowances at any time.

Users may not circumvent usage restrictions through:

  • Multiple accounts;
  • Automated tools;
  • Bots;
  • Credential sharing;
  • Technical workarounds.

Excessive or abusive usage may result in suspension or termination.

15. Copyright, DMCA, and Takedown Requests

HoloRadar respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written takedown request including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

  • Remove content;
  • Restrict access;
  • Request additional information;
  • Notify affected users.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

15.1 Additional AI Limitations and Hallucination Notice

Artificial intelligence systems may generate outputs that appear authoritative while containing errors, omissions, fabricated facts, incorrect citations, or misleading conclusions.

Users acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate.
  • Sources may be incomplete.
  • Public information may be outdated.
  • Sentiment analysis may be incorrect.
  • Trend analysis may be misleading.
  • Conclusions may not reflect objective reality.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and relying upon information generated by the Service.

15.2 Timeliness of Information and Watchlists

The Service may provide research reports, summaries, alerts, monitoring results, watchlists, trend analyses, and other informational content.

While HoloRadar strives to provide timely and accurate information, we do not guarantee that any content, watchlist, alert, report, notification, search result, or analysis will be current, complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or delivered within any specific timeframe.

Information may be delayed due to factors including:

  • Third-party data source availability;
  • Search engine indexing delays;
  • Social media platform restrictions;
  • Network or infrastructure issues;
  • Processing queues and system maintenance; and
  • Other factors outside our reasonable control.

Users acknowledge that the Service is provided for informational and research purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial, investment, business, legal, medical, operational, psychological, emergency, or other time-sensitive decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HoloRadar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, missed opportunity, lost profits, trading losses, business interruption, or other consequences arising from delayed, missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable information, alerts, watchlists, reports, or notifications.

15.3 No Duty to Monitor

HoloRadar does not undertake any obligation to continuously monitor, detect, report, or notify users regarding any specific topic, company, person, product, event, market development, security incident, or other subject matter.

The absence of an alert, report, notification, trend, or watchlist entry does not indicate that no relevant activity, event, discussion, risk, or development has occurred.

16.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Upload malicious software or malware.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer the Service.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract Service data.
  • Interfere with Service operations.
  • Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to circumvent Privacy Mode or report publishing controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

16.2 User Decisions and Responsibility

The Service provides information, research outputs, summaries, and analytical content for informational purposes only.

All decisions made by the user based on information provided through the Service are made at the user’s sole discretion, responsibility, and risk. This includes, without limitation, decisions related to financial, business, legal, operational, personal, or other actions.

Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of any information before relying on it, and for any outcomes, consequences, gains, losses, or damages resulting from their decisions.

17. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, branding, logos, designs, reports, and proprietary content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Reproduce;
  • Distribute;
  • Modify;
  • Sell;
  • License;
  • Republish;
  • Reverse engineer;

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

18. User Content

You retain ownership of content submitted to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant HoloRadar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and use such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you possess all rights necessary to submit such content.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, stored, and used as described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, APIs, MCPs, products, or content.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

21. Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability.

The Service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or interrupted due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance;
  • Technical failures or software defects;
  • Network, hosting, or infrastructure interruptions;
  • Third-party service, API, platform, or data source outages;
  • Capacity limitations or unusually high demand;
  • Security incidents; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HoloRadar shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other consequences arising from any interruption, degradation, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Service.

Service interruptions, downtime, delays, outages, or reduced functionality do not entitle users to refunds, credits, compensation, or damages unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, HoloRadar may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, provide service credits, subscription extensions, or other goodwill accommodations. Any such accommodation is voluntary, does not create an obligation to provide similar accommodations in the future, and does not modify these Terms.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLORADAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • ACCURACY;
  • RELIABILITY;
  • AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE DESIRED RESULTS.

23.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

HOLORADAR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HOLORADAR DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO USD $1.

23.2 Content Sources, Third-Party Data, and Illegal or Misleading Information

The Service may collect, process, and display information from third-party sources, including but not limited to websites, search engines, APIs, social media platforms, and publicly available data.

Such information is provided for informational and research purposes only. HoloRadar does not create, control, verify, or endorse third-party content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, completeness, or reliability.

We do not endorse, promote, or assume responsibility for any content that may be misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful that may appear in search results, summaries, reports, or generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HoloRadar shall not be liable for any loss, harm, damages, claims, or consequences arising from reliance on or use of third-party content, including any content related to fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

Users acknowledge that the Service is automated and may inadvertently surface or reference content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or unlawful, and agree to use the Service at their own discretion and risk.

Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation of any third-party content, entity, or activity.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HoloRadar and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable laws;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

25. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without refund if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Required by law;
  • Necessary to protect users or the Service;
  • Continued access creates legal, operational, or security risks.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HoloRadar regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
